In addition to cocoa which is a major product we produce and trade in, we draw from our founding director’s roots and connections to farming communities in the north of Nigeria where we have access to networks cultivating products like cashews, moringa, hibiscus and gum Arabic. We act as a bridge between source and market and we ensure that these products have access to ready markets.

Hibiscus – A flowering plant with applications in food processing, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries. It is widely cultivated in Northern Nigeria, particularly of the hibiscus sabdariffa variety.

Gum Arabic – Finds usage in varying industries, in food processing, it is popularly used as an emulsifying agent, binder and stabiliser in various food applications. It also finds wide application in paint production, ceramic glazes and photography materials. We source our product from northern Nigeria which is the third largest producer of gum Arabic in the world.

Moringa – Gotten from a fast-growing drought resistant tree, moringa oleifera is a popular plant in our portfolio. It has grown in popularity over the years all over the world but has been a regular staple in the Sahel region of West Africa. It finds varied applications in the food and health care industries.

Cashews– The cashew market has grown in leaps in the past few years particularly with market trends like the switch to non-dairy products serving as a boost. Cashews are cultivated widely all over the Savannah regions of Nigeria. These can be supplied as shelled on non-shelled products.Cocoa – For more information on cocoa, please see the dedicated page for our cocoa related activities
